Stuffed Chicken wrapped in Parma Ham 10/12/2011
what matters to us, is the amazing variety of flavors that is characteristic of any Cuisine…. That’s why we put Stuart Donnelly, the Head Chef to work on a recipe for us. One of Camden's big favourites is the Stuffed Chicken wrapped in Parma Ham.… 1. on the skinless side of the chicken cut two pockets in to the side, making a pocket and spoon in garlic and herb butter. Close the pocket to contain the garlic and herb butter and then wrap it in a two slice of Parma Ham. 2. Fry to crisp and then place the chicken in a non-stick dish and bake it for at least 20 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. 3. cut the Plum tomatoes in half, seasoned them and bake them for 10 minutes. 4. Cut off any woody ends from bottom and peel it carefully with vegetable peeler Boil Asparagus and once cooked place them in cold water to cool them down. and expose the moist area. Seasoned it with salt, pepper and olive oil (tea-spoon) and grill it. 5.cut the potatoes and when Boil them in salted water, seasoned with salt and pepper. 6. Place baked chicken, tomatoes, boiled potatoes and grilled Asparagus on plate with salad and serve hot. Add Comment Our Chef's Promise 10/12/2011
